What happens if something is lost or broken?

If something is lost or broken, don’t panic — these things happen, especially when kids are involved. We’ll work with you to sort it out, keeping things fair and reasonable. Minor accidents are part of the party experience; we handle each situation case-by-case and won’t overcharge for normal wear and tear. If an item is severely damaged or missing beyond normal use, we’ll discuss a fair replacement or repair cost based on the extent of the damage. Our goal is to resolve things quickly and amicably so everyone can get back to celebrating.
Is it for the whole weekend?

This is a one-day rental. I am flexible with pick-up and drop-off times and can accommodate collection the day before or return the day after.
What Payment forms do you take?

I take Venmo, Zelle, and I also can send an invoice through Square.
